What
is the turnaround time and how are stats handled?
You can receive reports within 24 to 48 hours per your
contract negotiations. When you receive your reports, they
are correct and a finished product with very little to no
editing or proof-reading on your part. Our system gives you
the capability of marking a report as stat. We can complete
a stat report upon request within 1 to 2 hours, in some
cases 15 to 30 minutes.
How
do I dictate and what equipment do I need?
We offer state
of the art digital dictation options that allow you to
dictate without purchasing any additional equipment. We
offer a 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year telephone
digital dictation system that can be accessed from any
touch tone phone, or digital hand-held voice recorders that
allow you to be mobile while dictating. The call-in system
allows instant dictation delivery so that we can start
processing your dictation immediately.
How is my dictation returned?
You decide, it
can be delivered via fax, e-mail, courier service, or the
good ole Pony Express! Our most popular means of delivery
is via secure encrypted e-mail, which is fully HIPAA
complaint. There is also the capability of remote printing
to a designated printer in your office.

PC
based document viewing via web/internet is available, which
allows instant access to dictation from any PC or
web-enabled device.
Customized
options available such as on demand faxing to PCP, special
custom made reports or stationary, bulk printing or mass
mailing projects or any other special request you may have.
Transcription, ETC. does transcription, plus a whole lot
more.
You already have an in-house transcriptionist, no problem.
We can integrate our services with your existing system,
which could allow your transcriptionist to work current
days work at all times. We truly are at your service! We
can also serve as a backup for vacations, or help
periodically to eliminate backlogs.
