Each physician is assigned an access
code, with a
personalized greeting, to access the system 24 hours a day
from any touch-tone phone. This system gives the
dictator the ability to rewind to listen to dictation,
modify dictation and mark dictation as a STAT.
We also offer a digital,
hand-held recorder option that allows
the dictator to be mobile and connect
to any PC for instant upload
of dictation. We can also handle tape
dictation to eliminate any
backlog.
